It's Almost Time - April 23 - May 3rd is Fantasy Faire 2015

Hi all. I am back for a very special event that is dear to my heart and that I could not bear to miss - Fantasy Faire 2015. This magical in-world event features the best in SL Fantasy designers, gorgeous sims to wander through, and wonderful people to meet. And all for a very good cause - raising funds to help support the American Cancer Society’s efforts to have us all live in a world without cancer. Come and Relay for Life with us, and help support this special event. I will be blogging the event and the hunt and well as doing some writing.

The amazing Fantasy Faire poster above by Alia Baroque leads us back into memories of things we saw and places we visited at past Fantasy Faire's. Over the next few days I will be taking a trip down memory lane on this blog looking at places I visited and adventured through since I first photographed the Faire in 2011. This will be my answer to the blogger challenge posted here I Remember:

Celebrating its seventh year, Fantasy Faire 2015 is the largest gathering of fantasy designers,
enthusiasts, roleplayers and performers in the virtual world.
From Thursday, April 23 to Sunday May 3, treat yourself to eleven days of shopping,
live music concerts, auctions, hunts, events and roleplaying as thousands of
Second Life residents and creators bring their own visions together to support
the American Cancer Society’s vision of a world without cancer.
Avatars, clothing, furnishings, gadgets and exclusive items are available from more
than 150 of SL’s top Fantasy Creators across ten stunning shopping sims
designed by some of the visionary artists behind many of the
hottest spots on the SL destination guide.
The Fantasy Faire 2015 is made possible by the generous support
of our Sim and Event Sponsors.
Our Sim Sponsors this year are:  Cerridwen’s Cauldron, Dandelion Daydreams Factory,
